2. Write the text you want engraved

3. Write your and your partner’s name (for ring orders)

4. You are ready to order and pay

5. Once you place your order and we receive the payment, we will send you an email within 12 hours with a preview of your product.

6. After you receive our email, you have 24 hours to reply and let us know whether you like how your product looks or if you would like to change the font or the engraved text.

7. If you are happy with the order and like the font and text you have chosen, you don’t need to reply to our email — we will send your product directly.

8. If you don’t reply within 24 hours, we will assume that you like the product, and we will automatically make and send it to you. Once your product is made, you can no longer make changes.

9. If you don’t like the font or text that will be engraved and would like to change it, reply to our email within 24 hours. Tell us which font you prefer or what text you would like engraved, and we will update it and send you another preview within 12 hours.

10. Your payment will not be charged to your credit card until you confirm your order. (The charge will be made once we start making your product.)

11. Wait for your product (delivery takes 10–25 days, depending on your location and how busy we are. After all it's a custom product made only for you so be patient). Once you receive it, surprise your partner with this unforgettable gift 😊
